The first step in preparing yourself for a crucial conversation is to be both 100% honest and 100% respectful. How can we teach ourselves to be able to talk to the people when we see them taking a short cut? We see people take short cuts all the time, benefiting the short term instead of the long term, for many different reasons and even though we know it is wrong, we fail to address this concern and rather keep quiet.
